Service was restored to 5,600 families in Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts. Energy workers cooperate with the AFU and continue performing emergency and restoration activities in the region, once the crews are enabled to safely perform them.

On April 9, DTEK Donetsk Grids energy workers have restored power to 4 settlements in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk and Bakhmut districts of the Donetsk region. Energy workers managed to restore service to homes of 5,600 families, despite active military activities in the region.

Many settlements required service restoration on multiple occasions due to constant shelling by the enemy and damaged grids.

180 settlements in Donetsk region remain without electricity. The most difficult situation is now in Avdiivka, Marinka and in the northern part of the region, where grids and substations are being constantly damaged due to active military activities. Company’s specialists are waiting for the permit from the Armed Forces in order to perform repair of lines.
