On April 9, DTEK Donetsk Grids energy workers have restored power to 4 settlements in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk and Bakhmut districts of the Donetsk region. Energy workers managed to restore service to homes of 5,600 families, despite active military activities in the region.

Many settlements required service restoration on multiple occasions due to constant shelling by the enemy and damaged grids.
