Kramatorsk and Toretsk Universities joined the DTEK Donetsk Grids dual education project
Such a dual training system was introduced at DTEK Donetsk Grids last year. The program was developed together with universities that produce specialists in the electric power and electrical engineering areas, namely Priazovskyi State Technical University and Donbass State Machine-Building Academy. As well as the number of students who had a chance to participate in the program.
“DTEK is a socially responsible and reliable company, we care about the future of Ukraine and support talented youth. We give students the opportunity to start their first work while being at the university. Since this academic year, we have 18 students studying at a time. This is a great opportunity to get a start in the profession", - says Oleksii Degtyarev, DTEK Donetsk Grids Director General.
