The time has come to submit meter readings, – reminds DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids. The most convenient way to do this is via Viber and Telegram chatbot. The service is available 24/7 and provides an opportunity to submit and receive information in a convenient format that does not require visiting company’s offices.

Submission of readings via Viber and Telegram chatbot takes a matter of minutes. In order to start using the chatbot, please:

  • enter “DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger;
  • pass verification procedure (for unregistered customers);
  • select “submit meter readings” in the menu and follow menu prompts to submit information;

“DTEK continues to develop modern online services and created convenient and easy-accessible remote channels for quick submission of meter readings. Today, almost 550,000 customers in the region are actively using it. Besides meter readings it can also help get answers to the frequently asked questions without leaving home and at a convenient time, as it is available 24/7,” – underscored DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Actual meter readings should be submitted during the period from last 2 days of the current month to the 3rd day of the next one. It allows to avoid differences between estimated and actually consumed volumes of electricity, and to get bills for the actually consumed electricity only.

Besides a chatbot, there are other remote channels and online services available in DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids for readings submission. Such as:

  • web-form on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website that does not require registration;
  • IVR menu of the contact center, by pressing “2”:

- for stationary phones (044) 459-07-40;

- for mobile phones (067/093/099) 495 70 40;

Reminder: residents of the Kyiv region must submit electricity meter readings every month. It can be done by means of remote services. Readings should be submitted even if the customer had to temporarily leave his home and, correspondingly, is not using electricity – it is mandatory to duplicate previous readings. Timely submitted information about electricity consumed helps calculate exact volumes of electricity consumption for the calendar month, while allowing the provider company to generate bills for consumed electricity.
