DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to almost 5,000 homes over the course of the day
Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews continued to repair damages, caused by bad weather. They managed to restore power to 14 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 1,086 families.
Hostilities in the Donetsk region do not subside too. Shelling continues. Energy workers managed to restore electricity to 3,725 families in 2 settlements, de-energized due to constant hostilities in the region.
Shelling in the Donetsk region constantly damages grids and equipment. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Energy workers continue restorations. Today, 81 emergency and repair crews are working in the region. The works are complicated by both hostilities and difficult access to some areas due to mud. Nevertheless, energy workers do not suspend repairs and continue to restore electricity.
