Energy workers managed to restore electricity to 1,400 families in the Donetsk region over the course of the day

On the last day of February, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore electricity to 3 settlements, de-energized by shelling, thus restoring power to homes of 1,423 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 18 times yesterday. In particular, Kostiantynivka suffered 4 missile strikes. 

Constant shelling continues to damage the energy system of the region. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 737 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
