DTEK energy workers restored electricity to 3,000 homes in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the day

Over the course of June 7, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to 3,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to shelling the day before. Despite difficult situation with hostilities, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that frequently damages grids and leaves residents without electricity. Despite a constant threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews continue to repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work is carried out immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU. 

Yesterday, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 2,945 families in the south of the region that were left without electricity due to shelling the day before. Power supply is now fully restored.
