DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore power to more than 20,000 families over the course of two days

On September 9 and 10, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, managed to access a number of grid damages, caused by shelling, and repair it, thus restoring power to 10 settlements, de-energized by shelling. Electricity has been restored to homes of more than 20,000 families. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the Donetsk region in order to support residents of the region in the difficult situation of constant hostilities.

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore electricity to residents of 10 settlements in the frontline Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 20,684 homes.

Non-stop shelling of the Donetsk region is ongoing. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the region 14 times yesterday.

Meanwhile, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 931 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
