On February 2 and 3, DTEK Grids specialists have restored power to 11 settlements in Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, de-energized due to enemy shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of more than 64,000 families. Specialists of the DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators repair the grids, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES.

In the night of February 3, the enemy has launched yet another Shahed attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing damage to energy infrastructure facilities that power Kryvyi Rih district. Energy workers managed to promptly restore power to critical infrastructure facilities and to some household customers. By the end of the day, energy workers have restored electricity to all 62,000 families, left without electricity due to the enemy attack.

Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region as well. Despite constant shelling of the region, over the past two days energy workers restored electricity to 2,500 families in the Donetsk region, residents of which constantly suffer from the aftermath of enemy shelling.

DTEK specialists restored electricity to some settlements close to the area of hostilities on dozens of occasions and they continue to do it again and again.

DTEK Grids energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and SES.
