Over the course of a week, DTEK has restored power to almost 2,000 customers in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Over the course of a week (May 2 through 8), Dnipropetrovsk region has regularly suffered from enemy shelling that caused damage to energy infrastructure of the region. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored electricity to 1,905 homes, affected by hostilities

Last week, since May 2, DTEK electricians have restored power to the Kryvyi Rih district at the border with Kherson region, where active hostilities are underway. During the week, they managed to restore electricity to 1,905 families. Some settlements required power restoration on multiple occasions due to regular shelling and damage of power equipment.

DTEK specialists continue restoring power to districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region. On May 9, DTEK energy workers are repairing grids in one of the settlements of Kryvyi Rih district that once again has suffered from shelling.

Since the beginning of war, DTEK Dnipro Grids repair crews were transferred to the emergency response and restoration operating mode and are ready to promptly restore service in case of blackouts. Workers have specific guidelines related to working in emergencies and are provided with everything needed to restore operation of equipment in case of damage, caused by hostilities.

As previously reported, DTEK Dnipro Grids Customer Service Centers (CSC) in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, Nikopol and Pavlohrad have resumed its operation on April 20.
