Over the night, DTEK has restored electricity to 11 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region that suffered from shelling
Hostilities more and more frequently lead to damage of the grids, substations and blackouts for residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The most intense situation remains in the Kryvyi Rih district at the border with Kherson region, where DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair damaged lines and equipment despite constant shelling. Works are performed immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and State Emergency Service.
Within two hours after night shelling, DTEK emergency and restoration crews have restored electricity to 1,180 homes of residents of the Kryvyi Rih district that suffered an enemy artillery attack. As of the morning of July 5, power was restored to all 11 settlements of the Shyroke community, which were left without electricity due to damaged lines.
