In a day, DTEK Donetsk Electricity returned light to 27,000 families in the Donetsk region

On March 24, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency crews partially restored the power supply in 8 settlements in the Avdiivskyi, Bakhmutskyi, and Mariinskyi districts. 4200 families got electricity back. Emergency recovery works in the region continue as soon as the crews are able to perform them safely.

On March 24, DTEK Donetsk Grids electricians partially restored the power supply in 8 settlements in 3 districts of the region – Avdiivskyi, Bakhmutskyi, and Mariinskyi districts. In total, DTEK electricians have restored the electricity supply for 4,200 families in the Donetsk region over the past 24 hours.

181 settlements in the Donetsk region are left without a power supply. The difficult situation remains in Mariupol, where more than 200,000 families in the city are left without electricity due to regular shelling for more than 3 weeks and the inability to repair power networks.

DTEK's power engineers, together with doctors, volunteers, suppliers of essential food and medicine, do everything in their power to support the country during this difficult time.

DTEK Donetsk Grids crews have been working continuously for 28 days to promptly restore power supply to settlements in the Kyiv region affected by the fighting. The company cooperates with the Armed Forces of Ukraine to gain safe access to places with damaged power lines.
