DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored electricity to 3,000 families over the course of a day

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to restore electricity to homes of residents of one more settlement in the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 2,914 households.

About 100 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 270 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines, once it becomes possible.

Let us remind that in accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order, stabilization power cutoffs are currently taking place in the Donetsk region. A schedule of possible shutdowns is available on the DTEK Donetsk Grids website. However, damage of the energy infrastructure is severe. Therefore, emergency shutdowns beyond the schedules are possible.

In order to support energy workers and energy system, please consume electricity reasonably – switch on energy-consuming devices in turn and minimize electricity consumption from 06.00 to 11.00 in the morning and from 17.00 to 23.00 in the evening.
