DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored power to more than 7,000 families in three districts of the Donetsk region over the course of a day

On September 14, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to access a number of damaged grids and repair them, thus restoring power to more than 7,000 families in 11 settlements of Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts of the Donetsk region. Energy workers are doing their best to provide electricity to residents of the Donetsk region and support them in this difficult situation.

Despite hostilities in the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored service to 11 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 7,274 families in Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts over the course of a day.

For instance, yesterday they managed to conduct repairs in Toretsk community, which is located near the buffer zone and is being shelled constantly, thus restoring electricity to more than 5,000 families of the community. Besides, the military have provided a permit for work performance in Avdiivka community, where power was restored to more than a thousand families, as well as in Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk communities, where energy workers were also able to conduct a number of repairs.

The enemy continues his offensive attempts, accompanied by constant shelling. The most difficult directions are Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut. 85 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
