Over the course of a day, DTEK energy workers managed to restore power to almost 13,000 households in the Donetsk region

On June 30, specialists of the energy company were able to access a number of sites with damaged grids and repair them, thus restoring electricity to 12,920 families in 5 settlements of Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts.

More than half of them is once again in the Toretsk community. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have restored power to almost 8,000 households of the community. For the fourth day in a row, energy workers have been obtaining a permit from the military and repairing lines and equipment, which is being repeatedly damaged by shelling in this region. Let us recall that the area of Toretsk is a very difficult one, hostilities are constantly underway here.

The situation remains extremely difficult in the Donetsk region. Heavy fighting is underway and shelling continues in the region. Grids and equipment suffer more and more damage. Therefore, we ask our customers to treat the situation with understanding.

356 settlements in the Donetsk region remain without electricity. The most difficult situation is in the areas of Sloviansk, Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut. Energy workers have to wait for the permit from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform repairs.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 128 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines again and again, as soon as it becomes possible.
