Over the course of a day, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to homes of more than 29,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region
Missile attack in the morning of October 10 caused damage to lines and power facilities of the region. Kryvyi Rih district suffered the most as tenths of thousands of families were left without electricity there. Energy workers commenced emergency activities immediately after obtaining a corresponding permit from SES and the military. They managed to restore power to 18,000 homes by 17:00 of the same day and to almost 7,000 more – by the morning of October 11.
Over the course of a day, DTEK specialists managed to restore operation of grids for a total of over 29,000 families in 37 settlements of Kryvyi Rih and Nikopol districts.
Over 4,600 households in 2 settlements of the region remain without power. Energy workers are doing their best to restore electricity to residents as soon as possible.
Energy system of the Dnipropetrovsk region operates stably. Schedules of hour-by-hour limitation of power supply have not been introduced.
