DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored power to more than 9,000 families in 15 settlements over the course of a day
Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to completely or partially restore service to 15 settlements in Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts of the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 9,303 families.
Yesterday, energy workers were able to perform repairs in the constantly shelled Bakhmut community and restore power to homes of 7,000 families. Specialists of the energy company, with the permission of the military, also managed to restore electricity to more than 600 households of Avdiivka community, over 600 households of Marinka community and almost 600 households of Sloviansk community. Additionally, repairs were carried out in Toretsk and Selydove communities.
Hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. 80 settlements remain without electricity due to constant shelling and lack of access. The most difficult directions are Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Toretsk and Marinka. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
