DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 64,000 homes over the course of the week

From March 10 to 16, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, managed to repair a number of grids damages and restore electricity to residents of 56 settlements, thus restoring access to power supply for 64,000 families. Energy workers make every effort to restore power supply in the frontline region once it becomes possible.

Despite heavy fighting in the region and constant shelling, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to residents of 56 settlements last week, thus restoring access to electricity for 64,053 families in the Donetsk region.  

In particular, energy workers managed to restore power to 1,800 homes over the weekend alone. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of the most active hostilities. Damage of the energy infrastructure due to constant shelling continues. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region immediately after obtaining permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
