DTEK energy workers restored power supply after shelling to more than 76,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the week

From March 10 to 16, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored electricity to more than 76,000 families, left without power supply due to russian attacks. Energy workers repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Throughout last week, the enemy did not stop attacking civil infrastructure of the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing new destructions of power facilities and de-energization of residents in the south, center and east of the region. 

Energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate damage on lines and equipment after new strikes as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. 

Over the course of the week, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity to 76,298 families, de-energized due to enemy shelling. Yesterday alone, they restored power supply to more than 8,000 homes in the region.
