DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 9,800 homes yesterday
The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. Nevertheless, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to 45 settlements yesterday, thus restoring electricity to 9,818 homes of residents of the frontline Donetsk region.
Artillery shelling, drone, missile and air strikes continue to destroy the peaceful region, including its power facilities. Yesterday, damages caused by shelling were supplemented by outages caused by bad weather. On November 22, energy workers restored power to 15,700 homes in 31 settlements, de-energized due to the stormy wind.
DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 1,004 days in a row and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
