Over the weekend DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power supply to 37 settlements after severe weather

Storm winds, and thunderstorms caused a number of outages across Donetsk Region. Over the weekend, DTEK Donetsk Grids energy workers returned power supply to 37 settlements. The energy workers are still working to restore power supply in two more villages, namely Ulakly, Volnovakhsky District and Novy Donbass, Pokrovsky District.

“Over the weekend, we returned the power supply to over 44,000 households. Also, over the weekend, power supply to 632 transformer substations, 44 power lines was restored, - says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO of DTEK Donetsk Grids. - The severe weather continues, and the company's workers are still on alert to prevent outages and eliminate possible accidents. We work every day to make the power supply more reliable, and the service more convenient and customer-oriented."

As a reminder, over the weekend, stormy winds, and thunderstorms broke trees, tore wires and even caused damage to several poles. Kramatorsky and Pokrovsky Districts suffered the most from bad weather.
