Over the weekend, June 12 and 13, DTEK Donetsk Grids returned electricity to 65 settlements that lost the power supply after rough weather. The company recovered the operation of 53 power lines, 628 transformer substations. The company's energy workers are still on full alert to prevent weather-related outages and eliminate possible accidents.

Now DTEK Donetsk Grids is working to restore power supply to the villages of Novosergeevka, Novonikolaevka, Muravka, and Novoaleksandrovka in the Pokrovsky District.

DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests, takes care of its customers and does everything to ensure that their homes always have lights on, warmth and comfort. Over the weekend, we returned electricity to the homes of more than 32,000 of our customers. More than 90 repair crews and 74 pieces of equipment are involved in emergency recovery work. The company's energy workers are making every effort to restore the power supply as quickly as possible,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, CEO at DTEK Donetsk Grids.

The northern region of the region suffered the most from the strong wind and rainfalls. The highest number of outages was recorded in the Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk Districts.

Let us recall, last week DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power supply to 97 settlements in the region, 121 power lines, 1,151 transformer substations that lost power after severe weather.

Today, rough weather is still hitting Donetsk Region, short-term rains with thunderstorms are expected.
