Overnight, DTEK has restored electricity to almost 3,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that suffered from shelling
Nikopol district was shelled late last night. Power lines in the district were damaged, leaving residents of 14 villages without electricity. Prompt actions of the DTEK Dnipro Grids repair crews helped connect most of them, restoring electricity to 2,932 families. 2 settlements remain partially without electricity – 863 customers. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists plan to restore operation of lines and restore electricity to the residents immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU.
Hostilities more and more frequently lead to damage of the grids, substations and blackouts for residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite constant shelling, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy. Works are performed immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and State Emergency Service.
Since the beginning of a full-scale russian invasion, energy workers have restored power to more than 40,000 homes, affected by hostilities. The majority – in the Kryvyi Rih district, which is being frequently shelled by the enemy.
