DTEK energy workers restored power to 10,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the week

Over the past week, September 11 through 17, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to almost 10,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without power supply due to shelling. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents. 

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian shelling that, among other things, destroys electrical infrastructure of towns and villages. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to repair damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.  

Over the course of the week, September 11 through 17, DTEK specialists have restored power to 9,906 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to hostilities. Yesterday alone, electricity has been restored to 2,000 homes after the shelling the day before. 

Power supply is now fully restored.
