Electricity restored to 5 settlements: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairs of the grids after enemy attacks

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to access a number of grid damages and repair it, thus restoring electricity to 5 settlements. Power supply has been restored to homes of 5,555 families. 

Heavy fighting is ongoing in the region. According to the National Police, 2,600 cases of shelling were registered in the Donetsk region yesterday. 

Shelling of the Donetsk region is ongoing and continues to destroy grids and equipment. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 902 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
