Electricity restored to 7,500 homes: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairs of the grids after shelling

Despite the ongoing shelling, on December 18, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to restore power to 4 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 7,545 families, whose homes were de-energized due to constant hostilities in the region.

Shelling of the Donetsk region is ongoing and continues to destroy grids and equipment. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop and repair equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
