On August 22, despite the difficult situation in the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, were able to access a number of grid damages, repair it and restore electricity to 3 settlements, thus restoring power to a thousand homes of residents of the frontline region. Specialists of the energy company make every effort to restore power supply in the Donetsk region once it becomes possible.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to restore power to 3 settlements, affected by constant shelling of the region, thus restoring electricity to 1,078 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains very difficult due to constant hostilities. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy again shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 16 times yesterday. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs and are working non-stop for 912 days in a row. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
