Electricity restored to 90,000 families: DTEK energy workers energized all consumers after today’s shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity after today’s enemy attack. Restoration activities resulted in restoration of power supply to all consumers that were left without electricity.
Electricity restored to 90,000 families: DTEK energy workers energized all consumers after today’s shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region

On November 8, 9 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region were completely or partially de-energized after enemy shelling. Including the towns of Nikopol and Marhanets. Nearly 90,000 families were left without electricity. 

Once the security situation allowed, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews commenced restoration of power supply in the affected districts. By 15:00, electricity has been restored to all homes of de-energized residents. 

The aggressor continues shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging power facilities and leaving residents without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. Energy workers commence repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES.
