211,000 requests from customers and new online services. DTEK Donetsk Grids records for 2020
“DTEK Donetsk Grids keeps improving service for customers. We introduce useful products, and build a modern quality of service. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have processed about 80 percent of our customers’ requests through remote communication channels. In 2020, we received over 200,000 such requests. It is simple and convenient, but above all, it is safe and time saving, - says Olena Senko, Head of Customer Service Department, DTEK Donetsk Grids.
In 2020, the company processed more than 193,000 phone calls to the call center, 5,300 emails, 10,200 customers took advantages of the company's Facebook page, 2,700 - the company's personal account and website. The company is extensively developing remote service channels for effective and safe communication with customers. DTEK Donetsk Grids has introduced the following new online services:
- Submitting meter readings via the website without registration;
- Requests for a new connection through the website;
- Requests through the website for meters-related work,
- Preliminary online registration for a visit to the customer service centers.
During the lockdown, the company encourages customers to make the most of the remote services offered by DTEK Donetsk Grids, the list of which is constantly expanding.
