DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers’ vehicle attacked by russian drone

An enemy drone hit the back side of the company pickup truck. The drone did not explode upon impact but was thrown away to a significant distance. Employees of the field response crew left the site of event and came to the transport station. Police was called up to the site to register the incident.

Despite constant danger, energy workers continue to work and restore electricity to the region’s residents after enemy strikes as quickly as possible. Emergency crews commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.

Over the past two days, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity to the homes of more than 26,000 families in 18 settlements that were de-energized due to the attacks.
