DTEK Kyiv Region Grids have processed more than 800,000 requests since quarantine started

Since lockdown began, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids have responded to more than 800 thousand inquiries related to the electricity distribution. The company is expanding channels of communication with clients, making them as simple, convenient and affordable as possible. Innovative and remote methods of communication (mobile applications, submitting requests online, and instant messengers) complement traditional ones, such as phone calls and personal visits. Such new ways of communication help clients save their time, keep distance, and resolve an issue with a few clicks.
DTEK Kyiv Region Grids have processed more than 800,000 requests since quarantine started

Phone calls are still the most popular communication channel with the company. Since the beginning of quarantine, region residents have made about 696 thousand calls. This is followed by visits to service centers (over 86.4 thousand) and emails (over 40 thousand). More than 16.5 thousand requests were received via Facebook.

“We understand the needs of our customers and how important it is to quickly process every request. To this end, DTEK is introducing convenient online services. These days, the customers can remotely receive 50% of the services, such as request for connection and increased capacity, Schedule an Electrician’s Visit, use remote services for handing readings over. We also launched the mobile application "Merezhi Online" (Grids Online) and redesigned the company's website. These services are simple and convenient. Using them, you can quickly resolve issues related to power distribution”, - says Vitalii Shaida, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids CEO.
