For the customers convenience: DTEK Donetsk Grids introduced an additional call center phone number

DTEK Donetsk Grids introduced an additional call center telephone number +38 (093) 450 0 473. The company cares about the health of its customers and employees and urges to make the most of remote services, the list of which is expanding, in the pandemic.

The company's customers tend to use remote communication channels with the company these days. It is easy and convenient, and most importantly, it is safe and time saving. Since the beginning of the year, 2,700 customers have visited DTEK Donetsk Grids Facebook page, 3,500 have used their online account and website. The company's specialists received 8,000 emails, more than 50,000 phone calls to the call center.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements European service standards. We work every day to make the service convenient and customer-oriented. Our call center is a very popular communication channel, we receive up to 20,000 calls from customers every month. We have introduced an additional phone number so that customers can quickly reach us during peak hours,” says Elena Senko, Head of Customer Service Department at DTEK Donetsk Grids.

In the pandemic, the company introduced convenient online services using which you can submit readings, check if your address is on the list of emergency or scheduled outages or ask any question regarding distribution services. Remote services work 24/7.

DTEK Donetsk Grids reminds of the need to report electricity readings to the company every month. There are five convenient communication channels to do this:

Readme: readings should be sent on the last two calendar days of the current month and the first three calendar days of the next month. This will ensure that the volume of monthly consumption has been calculated accurately. If customers do not submit meter readings, the electricity consumption is calculated according to the average monthly consumption.

In addition, through the website of DTEK Donetsk Grids, you can:

Having received your request through any of the communication channels, our employees will give you the needed information and brief you how to request and receive any service.
