DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests. For the convenience and safety of the customers amid the pandemic, DTEK Dnipro Grids introduced convenient online services and remote communication channels. The Dnipropetrovsk Region people are able to use a wide range of communication options, using which they can submit readings, apply for a specialist visit, or ask any question regarding distribution services. These include the company's website, personal account, Viber-chat, official Facebook page. All of them are available 24/7.

The end of the year is always the busiest time in terms of the number of calls and inquiries, which, of course, affects the time needed to reach the company's call center. In order not to waste time and not wait for a connection with an operator, we recommend using alternative communication channels. You can use the site, message us on Viber and Facebook. It makes no difference which of these channels you will use. Our specialists will receive your message. All of them are processed 24/7, and will not be left without an answer,” says Olena Laboha, Head of Customer Support Department at DTEK Dnipro Grids.

There are three convenient communication channels for giving your meter readings:

  • Simple and convenient web form on the site without the need to register;
  • Messenger on the DTEK Dnipro Grids Facebook page;
  • Automatic service for transferring readings to the call center. Call +38 (056/066/067) 790-99-00 and press 2;

Moreover, through the site http://www.dtek-dnem.com.ua you can:

Note: We recommend that household customers submit meter readings on the last day of each month. So that the company could put together accurate consumption volumes over a calendar month, and the supplier could issue bills for consumed electricity. If customers do not submit readings on time, the calculation is based on the average monthly consumption.
