DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to 8,500 families of the region

Despite constant shelling, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to repair a number of grids and equipment, damaged by shelling, and restore electricity to residents of 14 settlements, thus restoring power to homes of 8,500 families. Specialists of the energy company commence repairs immediately once the shelling subsides and the military provide permission for works performance.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, accessed a number of damages and restored operation of equipment, thus completely or partially restoring electricity to 8,503 families in 14 settlements. 

The enemy continues to attack peaceful towns and villages in the Donetsk region. Shelling and destructions are ongoing. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 941 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
