The government gradually restores what was destroyed by the invaders in order to return the country back to normal as soon as possible. DTEK also helps the government by resuming operation of Customer Service Centers, thus enabling fast and convenient provision of all company’s services to our customers.

“DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids develops remote services to help our customers get required help and advice 24×7, while staying at home. At the same time, we understand customer needs, so we have restored operation of three more CSC in Brovary, Vasylkiv and Vyshhorod. Currently, seven centers are already available for customers visits in the Kyiv region,”noted representative of the company.

CSCs in Kyiv, Boryspil, Vyshneve and Bila Tserkva opened last week. Overall, seven offices of the company are already operating in the Kyiv region.

Here, customers will be able to place requests and get services related to restoration of documents, lost by residents of the Kyiv region during hostilities, and solve issues related to agreements for electricity distribution to destroyed houses. Additionally, customers will be able to get services related to renewal of agreements, adjustment of meter readings and receipt of consumption reports from legal entities, as well as other services.

To ensure safety of the customers, employees of service centers are informed about shelters nearby. In case of air alert, they will advise how to reach them quickly and stay safe.

Service centers are now open at the flowing addresses: 10 Vokzalna in Brovary, 82 Nebesnoi Sotni in Vasylkiv and 12 Kurguzova in Vyshhorod. Offices will be operating from 9:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. Appropriate adjustment of the working schedule will depend on the curfew enforced in the region. Address of the open offices is available in the corresponding section at the Distribution System Operator’s website or by calling the contact center.

Please use official information channels only and stay calm. We are working 24/7 to ensure reliable power supply of houses and enterprises.

As stated earlier, four Customer Service Centers (CSC) of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids resumed operation on April 20.
