DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids restored service to another 8,900 families in the Kyiv region

The company managed to completely or partially restore service to 36 settlements in Makariv district of the Kyiv region: Borivka, Velykyi Karashyn, Kalynivka, Karashyn, Kodra, Kozychanka, Lysytsia, Makariv, Nebelytsia, Nizhylovychi, Rozhiv, Sadky, Sadky-Stroyivka, Sytniaky, Chervona Sloboda, Shnuriv Lis, Byshiv, Vesela Sloboda, Vilne, Gruzke, Kozychanka, Konopelky, Makovysce, Marianivka, Novi Opachychi, Pashkivka, Sosnivka, Iurivka, Leonivka, Lyshnia, Mostysce, Novosilky, Osykovo, Chornohorodka, Iablunivka and Iasnohorodka.

The company has also partially restored service to 2 settlements in Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district: Stari Petrivtsi and Novi Petrivtsi. Power restoration activities in this district will continue on March 9.

Overall, on March 8, DTEK electricians restored service to 8,900 families.

Residents of more than 446 settlements in Kyiv region are still without electricity. Situation is complicated by active hostilities. Thirty emergency crews are working non-stop for thirteen days to promptly restore power to settlements in Kyiv region, affected by hostilities.
