On June 3, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have repaired equipment and lines in 15 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 25,000 families. Energy workers continue to restore electricity to the Donetsk region as soon as it becomes possible.

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult due to hostilities. Nevertheless, DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to completely or partially restore power to 15 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 25,714 families in Pokrovsk, Bakhmut and Kramatorsk districts. The majority – in the latter.

328 settlements in the Donetsk region remain without electricity due to constant shelling. The most difficult situation is near Sloviansk, Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk, Bakhmut and Velyka Novosilka. The situation in the region is complicated; hostilities are extremely active, causing larger and larger damage to electrical equipment and power lines. Company’s specialists are waiting for the permit from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform repairs.
