This service will be of use to those who have purchased (obtained) an apartment in a new construction or bought a house from a former owner and have to redraft the electric power distribution agreement for themselves. According to the head of the capital’s energy company, as of this date almost 90% of distribution agreements with individuals are concluded precisely using this remote service. Although this service was created in order to conclude agreements during an epidemic, it will continue working after the quarantine. The service “Conclusion of an agreement online” started its operation at the peak of the spread of COVID-19.   • To visit DTEK Kyiv Grids website, go to special section and get acquainted with the public agreement on distribution.
  • To download forms required for filling in.
  • To fill in and sign the downloaded documents.
  • To scan or make a good-quality photo of the filled in and signed documents.
  • To fill in the online form and to attach the scanned copies of the signed documents along with a scanned copy of a passport; a scanned copy of an identification number certificate; a scanned copy of a document evidencing the ownership or the right to use a facility (an apartment); and a scanned copy of a written consent of a co-owner (if any) to the execution of the corresponding agreement;
  • To click the “Send” button.

Immediately after the documents were sent, the customer will receive a confirmation that the documents have been accepted. After that, documents will be received by a relevant specialist of DTEK Kyiv Grids. They will review the documents, and in case of any questions or errors, will ask the applicant to make relevant corrections. If the documents meet the company’s requirements, the customer will receive a scanned copy of the documents signed by the company confirming that the customer has acceded to the distribution agreement.
