Four handy remote services to submit electricity meter readings from DTEK Donetsk Grids

DTEK Donetsk Grids reminds its customers of a need to submit electricity meter readings. There are several handy ways to do this without leaving your home. And all of them are available 24/7.

DTEK is a reliable company, and we care for the health of our customers and employees. We ensured that there is a possibility to transfer the meter readings quickly and conveniently. Through such remote services you can do this without leaving your home. There are four handy ways:

  • My Account of a Customer;
  • Official page on Facebook;
  • Call centers phones at +38 (096) 450 0 473; +38 (099) 450 0 473; (0629) 450 473. You can leave readings here in automatic mode following voice prompts;
  • On the company’s website on page Meter Readings, no login required;

Readme: readings should be submitted on the last two calendar days of the current month and the first three calendar days of the next month to ensure accurate electricity billing. If customers do not submit the meter readings, electricity consumption is calculated according to average monthly consumption.

DTEK Donetsk Grids serves the Ukraine’s interests, shares the values of society, and understands that the permanent and uninterrupted power supply is essential for safety and comfort of the region's residents. For 10 months, the company processed more than 178 thousand customer requests received through remote services. We got more than 162 thousand of them over phone, 4,154 by e-mails, and 10 thousand through Facebook. Moreover, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists processed more than 2,398 remote requests, submitted through the company's website, user accounts, and messengers.
