For the duration of martial law, DTEK Odessa Grids has closed section of its website, containing information about emergency power outages in the city and region, in order to ensure safety of company’s employees and customers.

DTEK Odessa Grids note that before informing about the problem with power supply, customers should first find out exactly where the power was lost. If it is only one apartment or private house, then the issue is within the responsibility of its owner. If power was lost in some apartments of a multi-story apartment building, then the customer should contact servicing company (condominium association, housing maintenance office, etc.), as maintenance and repair of the in-house grids is within their responsibility.

If power was lost in the entire multi-story apartment building, in several buildings or in the entire neighborhood, then DTEK Odessa Grids will be dealing with power restoration. Company’s specialists will immediately set off to the site of accident, find out the cause of the power outage and restore power to buildings as soon as possible or will help servicing companies do it, if the problems will be in their grids.
