  • Voice menu for automatic transmission of readings. Call the numbers +38 (056/066/067) 790-99-00, then press 2. Follow the voice prompts to send the readings successfully.
  • Using the chatbots in Telegram and Viber.

Step-by-step instructions on how to use a chatbot to send readings are given in our video.

Readme: Readings should be sent on the last day of each month (no later than the 3rd day after the settlement day) to ensure that consumption volumes for a calendar month will be formed accurately. If customers do not submit readings in a timely manner, the calculation is based on the average monthly consumption.

As previously reported, 67,000 two-rate meters will be installed for the residents in Dnipro and the region for free in 2021. Smart meters automatically send readings of consumed electricity, which saves the customer's time. He or she does not need to additionally submit this data to the company through online services or a call center. By the end of the year, 351,000 customers will have had such meters, which is every 4th family.
