Over the course of a week, DTEK has restored power to 577 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity due to enemy shelling
Over the course of a week, Dnipropetrovsk region has frequently been a subject of enemy shelling that caused damage to the energy infrastructure of the region. The most difficult situation remains in the Kryvyi Rih district, bordering the Kherson region, where energy workers have been repairing damaged grids almost every day. Some homes require power restoration on multiple occasions due to frequent shelling and damage of electrical equipment. Works are being conducted in coordination with the AFU and State Emergency Service. Over the course of a week, electricity was restored to 577 families in 4 settlements of the region.
As of June 13, 706 homes in one of the settlements of the Kryvyi Rih district, that was shelled again last night, remain without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists plan to conduct restoration of power supply as soon as it becomes possible.
DTEK energy workers are working non-stop for 110 days in a row and together with all other services are doing everything to restore electricity to the homes of region’s residents.
