The online service ‘Schedule an electrician’s visit’ for servicing the electricity meter has already been used by more than 2,000 customers of DTEK Donetsk Grids

DTEK Donetsk Grids develops online services for the convenience and time saving of the customers. One of these is ‘Schedule an electrician’s visit’ for servicing the electricity meter. The customer can request this service online on the company's website and choose the day of a visit to replace, verify, place or remove a seal on a meter, take reference readings. More than 2,000 customers have already used this service.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus. We do our best to improve our service, get closer to customers, and make it easier for them to contact the company. That is why we are introducing more and more services that allow us to resolve any issues remotely. Since the beginning of the year, 2,465 customers have used the service ‘Schedule an electrician’s visit’. By requesting this service online, a customer not only saves his time, but also there is no need to visit the Customer Service Center in person,” says Oleksii Degtyarev, Director General of DTEK Donetsk Grids.

To use the ‘Schedule an electrician’s visit’ service, go to the DTEK Donetsk Grids website in the "Request a service" section and select "Troubles with the meter". Then choose a service, fill out the application form and wait for confirmation.
