Repair crews of DTEK Grids DSOs are doing everything possible to promptly restore power to settlements in Donetsk and Kyiv regions, affected by hostilities. Our crews in Dnipro and Odessa regions, as well as in Kyiv are also working in the emergency response and restoration mode and are ready to promptly restore service to customers’ households in case of blackouts, caused by hostilities.

As of February 27, company’s workers have already restored service in 22 settlements that were partially or fully left without electricity due to hostilities.

96 more settlements are still without electricity due to damaged power lines and substations. The hardest situation is in the Donetsk region, where over 66 settlements are partially or fully without electricity, including 2 districts of Mariupol. This situation is worsened by active military activities in these areas. DTEK Donetsk Grids workers will promptly restore power upon obtaining required permits from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

All DTEK Grids DSOs crews are working only in the emergency response and restoration mode, the company does not conduct any scheduled maintenance. Workers have special instructions for operating in critical situations.

To ensure safety of customers and employees, all customer service centers are temporarily closed. But, our workers are ready to process your queries and answer all your questions via remote service channels: social networks, call centers, Viber and Telegram chatbots and Viber notification channels.

Please use official information channels only and stay calm. We are working 24/7 to ensure reliable power supply of houses and enterprises.
