Client care: DTEK Kyiv Region Grids updates the company's website

DTEK improves customer service, and consistently introduces useful products. When updating the site, we had an ambitious goal to become user-friendly for our customers. After all, it is a contributing factor as to whether they will continue to visit service centers, which they are so accustomed to do, or go online. Given the quarantine situation, we hope that customers will use the site more and more. After all, there you can get all the information you need, and request the most popular services. One of these is a visit by an electrician to service the meter. The service can be requested at a convenient time for the client, even on weekends and holidays, and you can plan the day of the visit of a specialist,” says Vitalii Shaida, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids Director General.

Friendly section navigation makes it easy to navigate and find all the necessary information without confusion. They contain the most relevant services and answers to questions about the company.

Moreover, there are some popular services and sections on the main page:

  • No Power?
  • Meter Readings;
  • Request Connections;
  • Conclude a Contract;
  • Request a Service;
  • Make an Appointment to the Customer Service Center;
  • FAQ.

The updated resource provides information in a convenient form for various audiences: household and legal clients of the company, shareholders, authorities and regulatory bodies, business partners and the media. There are four main sections in the site menu:

  • Connection to Power Grids;
  • Clients;
  • About Company;
  • Contact Information.

The updated site is now in a test mode, and some sections are still being filled in. The company plans to complete all sections by the end of the year. The site is now available in Ukrainian and Russian.
