The Dnipropetrovsk region is now in the red lockdown zone, meaning more severe restrictions for people. In that vein, in-person customer visits to the Customer Service Centers has been suspended until it gets safer in the region. The company provides all services and information remotely. Including through convenient online channels available 24/7.

“DTEK is a reliable and responsible company. We have created convenient and easy-to-use remote channels to contact the company. Thanks to them, our customers can resolve all the electricity-related issues while staying at home. Online services allow to reissue an electricity distribution agreement, request a connection to the network or increase capacity, apply for the meter-related services. And also submit meter readings, report or find out information about the outage and resolve other issues remotely, without putting your health and the health of your loved ones at risk,” says Andrey Tereshchuk, General Director for DTEK Dnipro Grids.

Choose a convenient way to contact the company:

If your issue requires a written request to the company and cannot be resolved through remote service channels, there are special boxes for correspondence on the facades of all customer service centers provided by DTEK Dnipro Grids. When submitting documents or requests through the box, be sure to indicate a valid contact phone number and, if possible, an e-mail to provide feedback. The Center specialist will contact you with the registration number of your request. The letters are taken out twice a day.
