Faster than a kettle boils: DTEK Dnipro Grids recommends submitting readings via chatbot

Residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region must submit electricity meter readings on a monthly basis – during the last 2 days of the current month and until the 3rd day of the next one. This is the only method that allows us to estimate volumes of electricity actually consumed by you, and the provider company – to generate correct bills. Our chatbot is best suited for meter submission. Using it does not require going to the service centers or calling the contact center. All that is needed is several minutes and your smartphone.

Why is it convenient to submit readings via chatbot?

Easy start: enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger.

Verification in a matter of seconds: sharing your telephone number and personal account for verification is required during the first use only. You can get your account number from our specialists via the official Facebook page or contact center by calling +38 (056) 790-99-00, +38 (066/067/063) 790-99-00.

Intuitive menu: follow simple prompts to submit readings correctly.

Automated system: data from the chatbot is immediately sent to our billing for calculation of electricity consumption volumes.

Additionally, chatbot shows your previously submitted readings, will be able to identify a possible data error and advise how to fix it. And the next month, it will remind that it is time to submit meter readings again.
