Electricity restored to 2,000 families in the Donetsk region: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues to repair the grids
On September 10, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored electricity to 11 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 2,000 families in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk and Bakhmut districts.
For instance, energy workers were able to repair grids and restore electricity to 1,700 families in Avdiivka community. Besides, yesterday they managed to get access and work in Toretsk, Marinka and Kostiantynivka communities despite shelling.
Hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. The situation remains very difficult. According to the National Police, Pokrovsk was hit by massive enemy attacks yesterday – 5 missile strikes registered. Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Kramatorsk, Soledar, Krasnohorivka, Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, Raihorodok, Netailove, Novopokrovske, Pavlivka and Soloviove were shelled as well.
The most difficult directions remain Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk, Bakhmut and Sloviansk. 91 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
