Schedule an Electrician's Visit. DTEK explains in which districts of Kyiv Region the most popular service is already available to clients

Now, Vasilkov, Kaharlyk, Mironovsk, Obukhiv and Fastiv Districts were added to the list of districts whose residents can schedule the exact date and time of a specialist’s visit to service the meter, including installation, replacement, repair, unsealing or sealing. Clients from the east will be able to request such service starting the end of September; and clients living in the south of Kyiv Region will be able to do this starting October.

«Schedule an Electrician’s Visit» service relative to electric meter operation is one of the most popular services among the DTEK Kyiv Region Grids clients. Since its introduction, 11,725 clients have already used the service. The largest number of requests comes from clients in Kyiv Region densely populated areas. For example, 5013 clients requested the service in Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky District, 2851 clients in Irpinsky District, and 2059 clients in Vyshgorodsky District.
