DTEK Donetsk Grids Customer Service Centers to see customers by appointment again in Mariupol, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk

During a pandemic, the company gives consultations to customers 24x7, and develops remote service channels with care for the customer comfort and safety. We also ensure safety of our employees in line with the Ministry of Health standards", says Oleksii Degtyarev, Head of DTEK Donetsk Grids.
To book an appointment online, please, take a few simple steps:
- Go to a special section on the DTEK Donetsk Grids website;
- Choose your Customer Service Center and click Sign Up;
- Fill out a short questionnaire, indicate your full name, phone number and email;
- Choose the type of services, convenient date, and time of visiting the center;
At the scheduled time, an administrator will meet the customer in the center and help him to choose a topic of his request in the electronic queue terminal. Then, he will be invited to see a specialist by his ticket number.
Please note that customers can visit the Customer Service Centers by appointment only and if they have one of the following documents:
- Green COVID certificate (valid for 365 days);
- International vaccination certificate (valid for 365 days);
- Negative PCR or rapid antigen test result (valid for 72 hours);
- Recovery certificate generated on the Diia portal (valid for 105 days);
At the same time, during the quarantine period, the company encourages customers to make the most of the DTEK Donetsk Grids remote services, the list of which is constantly expanding.

Having received your request through any of the communication channels, our employees will provide you with the required info, and instruct on how to request and receive a service.
