"DTEK strives to become a benchmark for customer focus. To date, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has introduced a number of new services to ensure that customers do not have to stand in lines in a CSC. The customer can solve any issue related to the work of the Distribution System Operator remotely. You can request services or get a consultation through the company's updated website, the Merezhi Online mobile app, chatbots on Viber and Telegram and the company's official Facebook page. Through these remote channels we are unloading the call center and free up the line for those customers who really need it and for whom it is the only channel of communication with the company,” says Vitaliy Shaida, CEO at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.
